Amanda and I went for a walk on Monday morning (1/2/2012) and I took this with the Pano app for iPhone. The photo was taken at the corner of the lawn in front of the Petrillo Music Shell (Jackson and Lake Shore Drive) in Grant Park.
Hard to believe that just a few months ago, there were thousands of Lollapaloozers destroying the grass in this field. Most Chicagoans really hate the snow/winter weather, but this particular winter hasn’t been bad at all and, since we both had the day off, we decided to go out and enjoy the unique look the snow gives the city.
